2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive offers, impersonation, phishing, malware, ransomware, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, illegal adult content, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Do not use AI-generated content without reviewing it for accuracy, tone, disclosure, commercial terms, and recipient suitability. Do not represent AI-generated text as a confirmed statement from a creator, brand, or OpenCreat.
3. Data and access boundaries
Do not scrape private content, bypass access controls, evade provider limits, use another person's credentials, attempt to discover secrets, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, or upload data you are not authorized to process.
Respect platform terms, creator preferences, opt-outs, mailbox sending limits, rate limits, and applicable privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, anti-spam, and data-transfer requirements.
4. Security and reporting
Do not probe, scan, overload, introduce malicious code into, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another workspace. Report suspected vulnerabilities or abuse to [email protected] and do not publicly disclose exploitable details before we can investigate.
5. Enforcement
We may pause sending, restrict features, remove content, disconnect an integration, preserve relevant records, or suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably believe this policy, the Terms, provider rules, or applicable law has been violated. We may act without prior notice when necessary to prevent harm or protect the service.
